P5–P6 Holiday Chinese Thematic Reading Camp (8 Lessons)

Class description

This 8-lesson Holiday Chinese Thematic Reading Camp is specially designed for Primary 5 and Primary 6 students.

Through original stories based on everyday life, students will explore practical themes such as time management, personal and online safety, family communication, healthy habits and personal growth.

Students will practise reading comprehension, identifying keywords, analysing characters and cause-and-effect relationships, summarising texts, retelling stories and expressing their opinions clearly. Each lesson follows an interactive “Read–Identify–Organise–Retell–Discuss” approach, helping students apply what they learn to real-life situations.

Suitable for Primary 5 and Primary 6 students who want to strengthen their Chinese reading comprehension, oral communication, retelling and critical-thinking skills.
